Right to Withdraw from the Contract

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Cooling-off Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Any other exceptions permitted under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
